REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Food & Treat Products

Due to health and safety regulations, pet treats and edible products are generally non-returnable once shipped.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Please contact contactus@melmosdogtreats.com within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos for verification.

2. Non-Food Products

Unused, unopened non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
